Shipping
Are the products shipped from the United States?
Yes. Keylanta panels are stocked and shipped from our U.S. warehouses, helping reduce delivery time and avoiding international shipping delays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after shipment, depending on destination and the products in your order. Large orders may ship via freight, and our team will coordinate delivery scheduling with you.
What carriers do you use?
We use FedEx/UPS for smaller shipments and LTL freight carriers for heavier or palletized orders. Tracking is provided once your order ships.
Returns
Can I return my product if it doesn’t work for my project?
Yes, returns may be accepted if items are unused and in original packaging. Please review our Return Policy for details, or contact us and we’ll guide you through the process.
Do you offer exchanges?
If you need a different style or quantity, we can help arrange an exchange when inventory allows. Contact us with your order number and project details.

What material is this made of? Is it real stone?
Keylanta panels feature a real stone texture surface with an engineered composite structure designed for easier handling, faster installation, and consistent performance.
Can the panels be used in wet areas like bathrooms?
Yes. The panels are suitable for bathrooms, feature walls, and other interior applications. Always follow the recommended adhesive and sealing guidance for your environment.
Can the panels be used outdoors?
Many customers use Keylanta panels in covered or exterior applications. Outdoor performance depends on substrate prep and adhesive/mortar selection. Contact us with your project details for recommendations.
Installation
Is installation complicated?
Installation is designed to be straightforward for contractors and experienced DIYers. Most projects use construction adhesive on a properly prepared substrate. We can share an installation guide and confirm your materials.
Do I need grout?
Typically no. Panels are designed for a clean, modern look. Seam treatment depends on your chosen style and install method.
Any tips for handling large rolled panels before installation?
After removing the outer shipping carton, let rolled panels rest overnight in a temperature-controlled space (about 78°F / 26°C or above) before unrolling. Keep the protective film on until you’re ready to install.
Samples & Support
Do you offer samples before placing a full order?
Yes. Samples are available so you can confirm color, texture, and finish before purchasing full boxes.
Can you help me calculate how many boxes I need?
Absolutely. Send us your wall measurements (height × width) and any cutouts, and we can double-check the recommended quantity.
Where is your showroom?
Our showroom location is 110 E Mill St, Springboro, OH 45066. Visits are by appointment—contact us and we’ll schedule a time.
