Large-volume orders (exceeding express shipping standards):
Shipped via truck transport (LTL/Truckload), with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days (specific delivery times may be affected by route and region).
3. Shipping Method Selection
We will automatically select the most suitable shipping method (express or truck) based on the order's volume, weight, and delivery address.
If you have special shipping requirements (e.g., expedited shipping or designated logistics provider), please contact customer service to confirm feasibility and additional fees.
4. Logistics Tracking
After shipment, you will receive a notification email/SMS containing the logistics tracking number, allowing you to track the package's status in real-time.
5. Delay Explanation
In case of extreme weather, customs clearance (for international orders), or force majeure, delivery times may be extended, and we will notify you promptly.
If your order is not delivered within the promised timeframe, please contact customer service, and we will assist in following up.
6. Other Important Notes
Please ensure the delivery address is accurate. Additional fees may apply for redelivery due to incorrect addresses.
Please inspect the package's exterior before signing for it. If any damage is found, please take photos on-site and contact the logistics company and our customer service team.
