Our journey began with the profound understanding of the limitations of traditional stone wall panels by industrial designer Andy Johnson. Although natural stone is extremely beautiful, it is heavy, expensive to install and its application is limited.
The story so far:
In 2020, designer Andy Johnson and materials scientist Susan Chen met at an industry forum. With the common vision of "making high-quality building materials more accessible", they decided to join hands to solve the application problems of traditional stone.
After 18 months of research and development, the team innovatively used environmentally friendly materials such as natural mineral powder and combined advanced MCM composite technology to create revolutionary flexible stone products. Through 3D inkjet printing technology, we precisely reproduce the original texture of natural stone, achieving millimeter-level texture replication.
