118" panels are roll-packed for safe long-distance shipping.
In cold conditions, panels may feel temporarily stiff — this is a normal response of the water-based high-polymer material.
After delivery, remove only the outer packaging and place panels indoors above 68°F to rest overnight.
Then remove the protective film and lay the panels flat.
They will naturally relax and straighten.
✅ Any damage during this natural flattening process will be replaced at no cost.
